Manchester United's Ben Amos extends Carlisle United loan until the start of the year

Ben Amos, Manchester United’s young goalkeeper has had his loan spell with Carlisle United extended until the start of the year after the clubs came to an agreement that would allow Amos an extra few weeks.

The 23-year-old Manchester United goalkeeper has played four times for Carlisle United since joining last month, according to Carlisle fans on social networking website twitter he has more than impressed between the sticks.

Amos will more than likely be involved in this Saturday’s fixture against Tranmere Rovers, who he might be against another United loanee, as young forward Tom Lawrence is at Tranmere.

We will be keeping a close eye on all those that are currently loaned out from the club.
