Manchester United beat Liverpool after a last minute goal from United’s Michele Fornasier.
The Italian defender pounced on the ball from close range to beat bitter rivals Liverpool as it seemed the game would end 0-0 in front of a fantastic crowd at Langtree Park, home of St Helens rugby club.
