Danny Welbeck produced a fantastic performance in Manchester United’s 2-1 victory over Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The below GIF shows the effort that Danny put into the game, in the 80th minute a silky piece of skill to set himself free and continue running down the left hand side before a one-two with Robin van Persie set him off into the box.
Unfortunately slipping over when trying to cut back to create a chance.

That’s Welbeck, though. Great flashes and tricks, and ultimately toppling over like a felled tree, with no output.
If only there were countless examples of talented young strikers improving that output as they matu… oh wait, there are!
