Noam Emeran 'it is not easy to leave' Manchester United

Manchester United gave the green light to a deal for the promising young talent earlier this week, continuing their strategy to raise funds through player sales this summer. Further sales may be necessary if manager Erik ten Hag wishes to make additional signings before the transfer window shuts.

The Red Devils have already bolstered their squad with three fresh faces this summer: Mason Mount, Andre Onana, and Rasmus Hojlund. Yet, it appears that the search for new recruits is not over, with the manager reportedly still in the market for another midfielder and a striker.

One name that will be removed from United’s roster is Noam Emeran. The French youth is on the brink of finalising his move to Groningen, and an official announcement appears to be imminent.

Adding to the anticipation, Emeran took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to confirm his departure.

The move may be seen as a step towards a new beginning for the young French starlet, as he embarks on a journey with Groningen in the hope of garnering more playing time and continuing his development. Meanwhile, Manchester United’s focus remains on shaping a squad capable of challenging for honours in the coming season, whether that involves more signings or further departures.

Noam Emeran has publicly declared his exit from Manchester United, with a move to Dutch second-tier side FC Groningen on the horizon.

Manchester United have said to get just below above £800,000 for the transfer, and penning in a 25% resale rate on future transfers for Noam Emeran.

On Wednesday evening, Emeran used Instagram as the platform to declare his farewell, penning the following words:

“Dear United fans, it is not easy to leave such an incredible club but the time is right and the next opportunity is perfect.

“I’ll be forever grateful to everyone who has helped me since I arrived here in a new country at just sixteen years old.

“With the support of some amazing people I’ve experienced unbelievable highs, made friends for life, created unforgettable memories and overcome some difficult moments that have only made me stronger and more resilient.

“I want to achieve a lot in my career and feel ready to play senior football every week. I’m excited for the future knowing what awaits me has also been built on the foundations of my development at Manchester United.

“All glory to God.”

Good luck for the future, Noam!
