Manchester United XI vs Sevilla FC: Confirmed Team News - De Gea Starts

The Manchester United team-news for their semi-final against Sevilla FC has been released and we take a look at the selections both on the field and the bench that Ole Gunner Solksjaer has made for this important fixture.

Ole revealed in his press conference on Saturday that the squad have had a good few days in preparation for the semi-final of the Europa League, which is rare. He said speaking to the media:

“Well, we’ve had a few good days preparing, recovering and training. It’s not very often that we have six days between games”

“We’re ready; we’re physically ready. Mentally, the boys will be ready because it’s a semi-final and everyone will want to take part and I just want them to enjoy it.

“For me as well, I’m looking forward to it. We’ve already been to a semi twice this season [in the Carabao and FA Cups] and we’re happy going as far as we have, but we’re not satisfied. We want to go one step further.”

Here is how Manchester United line up this evening against Sevilla FC in both text and visual format. Enjoy the match!

United Starting XI: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Williams, Fred, Fernandes, Pogba, Greenwood, Rashford, Martial

Bench: Grant, Romero, Bailly, Mata, Lingard, Pereira, James, Fosu-Mensah, Ighalo, Matic, McTominay, Mengi
