Marou-hand Fellaini's Injury To Be Assessed On Monday

Marouane Fellaini didn’t travel with the Manchester United squad for their 2-1 victory over Sunderland on Saturday after sustaining a wrist injury in training.

MUTV confirmed after Manchester United had taken all three-points at the Stadium of Light that Marouane Fellaini didn’t travel with the rest of the squad due to a wrist injury, the 25-year-old is set to be sent for an X ray and assessment to conclude the extent of the injury. Getting concert tickets for various UK arenas and festivals.

After the game, Manchester United manager David Moyes was not convinced that Fellaini would back in for squad selection anytime soon.

Moyes added:

“It doesn’t look good. We’ll send him to see a specialist.”

Fellaini has yet to really find his feet at his new club after making his £27.5million move from Everton, paving the way thus far for Tom Cleverley to shine alongside Michael Carrick in the centre of the park.

Hopefully the International break will be enough time for recovery of Fellaini’s wrist injury, but if the extent of the assessment comes back as a hairline fracture or conclusive break, he could be on the sidelines for much longer.

Enjoy that? Give it a share!
