Robin van Persie is more than happy with David Moyes

Robin van Persie has come out to state that he is happy with the way David Moyes is controlling things at Manchester United, refuting recent reports that he was unhappy at the club.

The Daily Star, (about as reliable as a chocolate tea-pot) reported that Robin van Persie had spoken with close friends of his unhappiness with David Moyes after taking over from Sir Alex Ferguson.

Robin van Persie was quick to quash any doubt, speaking with De Telegraaf, van Persie said:

“It’s great working with the new manager David Moyes. He has his own style and methods and I like this.

“I’m happy with the style of Moyes. He does his own training sessions, he’s close with the players and, with his staff, prepares us very well for the next opponent. That keeps us in shape.

“Luckily, winning the title last year gave us hunger for more.”

Enjoy that? Give it a share!
