United to fly to Qatar for four-day training camp in the sun

Manchester United travel down to London on Saturday for their fixture against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, Sir Alex Ferguson has organized that the club and staff fly out to Qatar from Heathrow straight after the game to train in the sunshine on a four-day break.

The club are set to leave on Sunday night from London before returning to Manchester on Thursday in preparation for the visit of Fulham to Old Trafford in the FA cup, which is Saturday’s evening kick off.

As temperatures plummet to below freezing in the UK with snow hitting many parts, gives the club and players a nice break in fantastic conditions out in Qatar. Current weather forecast for next week hits highs of 28 degrees.

No doubt the club will organize a few promotional appearances with sponsors out there in Qatar, hopefully a chance for further-a-field fans to get up close and personal with their idols.
