Danny Welbeck avoids a driving ban after doing 82mph

Manchester United’s Danny Welbeck has avoided a ban from behind the wheel after breaking speeds of 82 miles per hour on a 50mph road.

Police followed Welbeck’s Range Rover down Princess Parkway, Manchester on 27th November 2011 before pulling him over after being flagged down doing around 82mph.

Welbeck has been handed a £65 fine and also will take punishment of three points on his license, also the court have ordered that he is to pay other costs which total £365.
