Paris Saint Germain prepare Wayne Rooney bid

Wayne Rooney to Paris Saint Germain?

It has not been a secret that Wayne Rooney is set for a move away from Manchester United after reportedly putting in his second transfer request at the club.

Paris Saint-Germain are first in line to make a £40million bid for the England striker, the Daily Mirror are reporting.

PSG, who are Ligue 1 Champions are willing to pay a £40million transfer fee and offer Wayne Rooney £15million per year in wages on a four-year contract.

Paris Saint Germain face competition for Wayne Rooney’s signature from Arsenal, Chelsea and Monaco.

Wayne Rooney is keen to establish where he stands in regards to Manchester United and new manager David Moyes, recently insisting he never asked to leave the club despite the claims from Sir Alex Ferguson.

Rooney and Moyes have had a stormy relationship ever since Moyes was forced to take out legal action against Rooney over comments made in his autobiography.

Where will Rooney end up?

Good riddance. The club is above any and all egos. Besides, I’d rather he leave for PSG than Chelsea or Arsenal. £40million or even part of that would definitely help us land a couple of good players, mainly in midfield. Alcantara would be a great investment I think, and with Shinji playing attacking midfield, I don’t think we’ll miss him that much, despite all he did for the club these past years.

Allow Rooney to go if he wants to leave as well sell Nani and Anderson th4 pls let us use the money to buy very good combative midfilder and creative mldfider. And one reliable striker. Ronney has done more than enof for us th4 let him follow his hrt oooo Up MAn U!

If a club is prepared to pay 40mil for him then we should take it as he is a shadow of the player he was pre 2010 and now plays about one good game in every three, Kagawa should play in that role but needs to bulk up a bit for next season. The money can be used on Thiago and a couple of other quality players in the 21-24 age bracket.

If Rooney surely want to leave, then let him go with peace for he has great job worth of being legend up united
