Manchester United arrived into Doha, Qatar today at the start of their four-day training break in the sunshine as temperatures plummet to below freezing back in the United Kingdom.

The squad will take part in four training sessions with the first this evening before two planned training sessions tomorrow (Tuesday) and then a final training session scheduled for Wednesday afternoon before returning to Manchester.

Manchester United are staying at the luxury Grand Heritage Doha Hotel & Spa.

Michael Carrick was particularly looking forward to the trip, speaking with MUTV he said:

“I think it will be an important break for us, we can get the sun cream out hopefully and get out on the beach and relax a bit!

“It’s a busy season and there are busy times ahead. It’s about recuperating and getting ready for the next game.”

The Doha trip can’t do anything to help us as saf only need do dip into the january transfer window and get a decent central midfield player, as i don’t see us defeating madrid with the current midfielders we have in our rank.

when will you ever realise the team is perfect? how else do you want it?? like city
? madrid? chelsea? its simple..switch sides

great escape away from the frozen weather here, recharge the batteries in the sun and get back to work soon-all the best.

Fergie doesnt do everything at Manutd, this is a company with full effective operating system in place am sure if there is to be any transfer as we all hope and pray for, am sure Gill is sorting it out with the rest @ Kashere21
