Manchester United have this morning confirmed the Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has made a move to Championship outfit Leeds United on a season long loan.
There had been rumours all weekend regarding the future of Borthwick-Jackson, rumours that ESPN had stated that the defender had turned down a loan move to giants Ajax in favour of Leeds United as he wishes to stay in England to play his football and be close to his family. A move that has now been confirmed by both clubs, keeping Borthwick-Jackson at Leeds for the 2017/18 season.
Borthwick-Jackson joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan last summer, but in that time only made six league appearances during a disappointing loan move.
A season long move for Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is just what he needs to progress his game. Do you think that this loan move is good for the defender? Comment in the section below.
