Manchester United legend Paul Scholes put his football boots back on for a charity football match on Friday evening, playing for his son’s football team Stalybridge Celtic in a Dads vs Coaches match.
Two months ago Paul Scholes was lifting that Barclays Premier League for the 11th time in his career after coming out of retirement, but on Friday night Scholes swapped the famous red of Manchester United for the blue of Stalybridge Celtic for their annual charity match.
Scholes who at times during the first-half could be seen huffing and blowing after his first run out for two-months, is set to feature in Rio Ferdinand’s testimonial against Seville on Friday 9th August 2012 at Old Trafford.
