Moyes starts work in Manchester early?
David Moyes arrived this morning to Manchester United’s Carrington Training Complex for the first time since it was announced he would take over as manager from Sir Alex Ferguson.
Moyes’ six-year managerial contract does not officially start until July 1st 2013, but appears meetings and scheduling will take place early.
No doubt he will continue to stay for the remainder of the day as Manchester United’s under-21s face Tottenham Hotspur in their national final tonight at Old Trafford.
This afternoon, David Moyes was pictured leaving Carrington Training Complex with Sir Alex Ferguson, being driven by United kitman Albert Morgan.

Speaking yesterday, Moyes said:
“I’ll probably be doing two jobs for the next week or so,I’ll go into Finch Farm [Everton’s training ground] some of the days next week and make sure everything’s in place for whoever the incoming manager is.
Most of it is anyway, but I’ll just make sure that everything’s as ready as I can leave it.”
