Javi Garcia admits that Manchester City are completely stumped about how Manchester United have managed to get a 15-point lead at the top of the Premier League.
With only 8-games remaining in the 2012/2013 season the Barclays Premier League title seems to be heading to be heading to the red half of Manchester at the end of the season.
The Manchester Derby is tomorrow evening in which Manchester City do have a slim chance of causing a major upset and crawling back the 15-point advantage United have, all being if Manchester United lose a number of their remaining games.
City midfielder Garcia said:
“None of us can believe that we are so far behind United,”
“We won’t be going to Old Trafford feeling inferior. We will be going there with something to prove – both to ourselves as players and to the fans of both clubs.
“I can’t explain why we are so far behind, apart from the simple reason that we have lost and drawn matches against the so-called lesser teams.
“We have been involved in too many crazy matches and that has come back to bite us on the backside.”
