Speaking with the Sunday People, Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia has admitted he is frustrated at his lack of game time under David Moyes.
He said:
“I would like to have more minutes.
“I would like to have a more important role here. In fact, I would have liked to have more importance inside the team.
“But I have not been given the chance. I hope next season will be better for me as well as for Man United.”
This may come as a surprise to some considering he has started 18 Premier League games under Moyes this season. Also in these quotes he states his intention to stay with Manchester United next season.
Possibly the most surprising thing about this is the fact when he’s gotten the chance he really has been poor this season. He’s put in some good shifts of late but his overall play has been poor.
We doubt we’ll ever see the Valencia of 2010-2011 ever again.

Not good enough tries hard but is just not doing it on the pitch, another player that needs to go.
Agree.
OUT: Young, Cleverly, Valencia, Rafael (shocking right? but he hasn’t improve), Anderson, Buttner and Smalling.
IN (in an ideal world): Kroos, Shaw, Garay & Griezmann
The odd thing about Valencia is that when it comes to playing for his country, we see Valencia of old. Why can’t he do that for us?
