Manchester United vs Liverpool (Under-21 Premier League) 19th August 2013
17:47pm – Manchester United start their Barclays Under-21 Premier League campaign with a home fixture against Liverpool.
This is the first official match that is to be played at United’s new home location, Salford City Stadium.
The regular under-21s goalkeeper Sam Johnstone has been loaned to Yeovil Town so it is likely that Ben Amos will start in between the sticks this evening.
The main players from last season’s group, Michael Keane, Jesse Lingard and Adnan Januzaj are also likely to feature at some point.

No dodgy penalties this time round as Liverpool thrash Man Hoof Yoof in front of the watching Gollum, atmoshphere like a library in the salford cesspit with the home ‘supporters’ walking out on their young hoofers in the 79th minute.
