United’s youngsters beat Liverpool 3-0 in semi-final at Old Trafford with Larnell Cole scoring a hat-trick in front of 3,000 fans.
Manchester United beat Tottenham 2-0 at Moss Lane back in August but then lost 4-2 at the Tottenham’s Training Centre. The results were the same as Tottenham claimed the Elite Group title in phase two. Beating Manchester United 3-1 in February before United turned the tables in March, this time a 1-0 win at the Salford City Stadium.
